Why Hire Us

One in ten Americans have unclaimed money or property owed to them, and there’s an estimated total of 120+ million claims in the U.S. Nearly two-thirds of all claims are rejected when submitted by an individual claimant.

A typical claim filed by a property owner fails due to – filing errors or omissions, a lack of evidence, and a minimal understanding of the claims process to enforce the rights of the owner. Additional reasons may include property ownership rights, understanding codes and statutes, and frequently changing state regulations.

The complexity of documentation and proving ownership often requires expertise, significant time, and possible upfront legal costs. Asset Retrievers is a trusted resource, and we ensure an extremely high rate of success for our clients.
